🧬 Instructions for Complex interactions search

• Format the Complex ID as: Human UniProt ID_Microbial UniProt ID
• Always place the human protein's UniProt ID first, followed by the microbial protein's UniProt ID
• Use an underscore (_) to separate the two IDs
• Do not use spaces, dashes, or other symbols
• Do not reverse the order of IDs
• Example:
  Human Protein (EGFR) → P00533
  Microbial Protein (VapC) → O06662
  ✅ Complex ID: P00533_O06662
  ❌ Invalid: O06662_P00533
